What exactly am I buying?
You're purchasing store credit that will be delivered as a digital gift card once we launch. You’ll be able to use it on anything in our store — feeders, supplies, add-ons, etc.
When will I get my gift card?
You’ll receive your credit via email the moment we open for orders, set for Monday 6/24/25.
What happens if you don’t launch?
We’re already in motion. The inventory is real, the business is real, LLC is registered, and the launch plan is locked in. But if something catastrophic prevents launch, we’ll refund all backers — no questions asked.
Is this a subscription or one-time support?
One-time. No rebills. No surprises. You buy it, get your gift card delivered electronically when we launch.
Can I buy more than one tier?
Yes. Several customers have already asked about stacking support tiers to secure additional credit and maximize early access. That’s totally allowed — and appreciated.
How will the gift cards work?
All in-store credit is issued digitally upon launch. It never expires.
$25–$100 tiers – Use your full credit in one transaction.
$250 tier – Issued as two $100 gift cards, and one $50 gift card. One may be used per order.
$500+ tiers – Issued in $500 increments. One may be used per order by default.
