Cancellation Policy

Some items may be offered as subscriptions or pre-orders. Due to the nature of live products and limited-stock inventory, our cancellation policy is strict and time-sensitive.


1. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to recurring shipments (e.g. feeder insects or supplies), you’ll be charged automatically based on your selected schedule.

  • You may cancel or change your subscription at any time before your next order is processed.

  • Once an order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

You can manage subscriptions through the link in your order confirmation emails or by contacting us.


2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to reserve items not yet in stock. You may be charged partially or in full at checkout.

  • You may cancel a pre-order that hasn’t yet shipped for a refund.

  • If a pre-order has been packed or fulfilled, cancellation is no longer possible.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered per our Refund & Return Policy.


3. Try Before You Buy (Non-Live Items Only)

We do not offer try-before-you-buy options for live insects or perishable goods.

If eligible non-perishable items are part of a try-before-you-buy program:

  • Your payment method will be authorized but not charged initially.

  • You’ll have a fixed trial period to decide whether to keep the item.

  • If no return is initiated during that period, your card will be charged in full.
